Agama – BYD Solar Factory
Lead advisor on $40m BYD China / Agama solar factory partnership to set up a 200 MW solar panel factory under a toll fee processing contract. Mandate included negotiation of commercial agreement between BYD and Agama, acting as intermediary for shareholder agreement, creation of financial models for commercial feasibility and capital raising.
